Beef – Ground beef, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, Muddaddy sauce, sour cream.
Ranchero Chicken – Roasted chicken mixed with Ranchero sauce, cheddar-jack cheese, tomato, lettuce, chipotle mayo
Spicy Pork – Pulled pork, Pepper-jack cheese, green chili aioli slaw, crispy jalapenos, chili lime sauce.
Smoky Tofu & Black Bean – Smoked tofu and black bean chili mix, cheddar (or vegan) cheese, tomato, lettuce, Muddaddy sauce.
Fish – Fried Flounder on cheddarjack cheese, green chili aioli slaw, and chili lime sauce.
Pork belly – Pork belly cubes, cheddarjack cheese, tomato, lettuce, chipotle mayo.
All tacos made with soft corn tortillas that are gluten free. Daiya non dairy cheese is available.
